Tala Abou Okdeh joined Berytech in January 2026 as an accountant within the finance department.
In her role, Tala supports daily accounting operations by maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with bank reconciliations, following up on cheque collections, and organizing petty cash reconciliations and replenishment. she also contributes to the preparation of financial and administrative templates, helping ensure consistency and clarity across internal processes
Tala holds a bachelor’s degree in business accounting from American University of Science and Technology.
Before joining Berytech, Tala built her experience across finance, accounting and procurement roles with local and international NOGs. She worked on donor-funded projects supported by organizations where she gained exposure to financial reporting, coordination, budget follow-up, and compliance with donor and organizational procedures. These experiences strengthened her ability to work in structured environments that require accuracy and close attention to details.
Tala is recognized for her organized and dependable working style. She values accountability, clear process, and collaboration, and enjoys supporting teams by ensuring financial information that remains reliable and well-structured.
Outside the workplace, Tala values balance and personal growth. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, and believes that continued learning, organization, and discipline positively influence her professional development and everyday approach to work.
