The TESSA Project: A Strategic Shift Toward Sustainability

The TESSA Project is a transformative initiative aimed at guiding Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) toward integrating sustainable practices into their operations. Focused on enhancing both economic and environmental performance, the project serves as a comprehensive platform where businesses can learn, innovate, and implement green solutions. Acting as a business development partner, Berytech is offering strategic support throughout the project.

The Green Business Transformation Academy

The TESSA Project began with a broad outreach, where 250 organizations received general training on the principles of the circular economy. This foundational phase was crucial in spreading awareness and equipping businesses with the essential knowledge to embark on a sustainable path. From this pool, 50 organizations were selected to receive more focused support with Fondation Diane, further deepening their understanding of sustainability.

Today, 20 of these organizations have moved on to an intensive three-month program led by Berytech, designed to move beyond theoretical knowledge and providing these SMEs with practical tools and strategies to implement sustainable practices within their operations. The focus is on actionable steps that can lead to real and measurable change.

Looking Ahead

As these 20 organizations advance, the TESSA Project is preparing for the next phase, where the top 10 companies will be selected for advanced technical support. This final stage will include management and legal coaching, structuring of financial plans and investments, and opportunities for peer-to-peer networking. The goal is to ensure that the SMEs not only adopt sustainable practices but also thrive as leaders in the green economy.

The Ongoing Journey Toward a Sustainable Future

The TESSA Project is a dynamic initiative that is continually evolving to meet the needs of SMEs in their pursuit of sustainability. As the project progresses through its phases, it remains committed to fostering innovation and sustainable growth within the business community.
