FINANCIAL PLANNING SERIES

Business Model Innovation

Wednesday, May 19, 2021 and Wednesday, May 26, 2021 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm · Zoom Webinar · Limited to 20 attendees.

About The Session

In the past 50 years, the average business model lifespan has fallen from about 15 years to less than five. Without realizing it, a business that doesn’t explicitly focus on their business model as a whole often ends up compromising their initial strengths. As we become more and more involved in the changing world, businesses need to adapt to new demands and trends.

Business transformation is unpredictable, therefore businesses should be able to embrace change by building a strategy that will make them more resilient and responsive to the marketplace. As a result, business model innovation is now an essential capability for organizations seeking to grow and maintain a competitive advantage in the Market. The aim of this session is to give you an insight into business model innovation and equip you with necessary tools to address arising business challenges.

In this session we will cover the following:

  • Define what a business model is
  • Components of the business model and how they are linked
  • Prerequisite to reinvent a Business Model
  • Directions and methodology to reinvent a Business Model
  • Trends in Business Models
These sessions are limited to 20 attendees.
