About the trainer
Firas Darwiche is a User Experience Designer at AUBMC focused on leveraging more efficient, user friendly IT Solutions tailored to the different operating environments at AUB’s highly demanding medical center. He also has a long volunteering history at JCI – Junior Chamber International, an NGO for youth to volunteer and provide innovative and sustainable solutions to challenges faced by their local communities. Firas explored the fields of Neuro-Linguistics, Neuro-Plasticity and Leadership as core sources of knowledge to leverage higher levels of design thinking and innovation in crafting sustainable end products that work best with how people think. Prior to that, Firas was a 3D Visualization fan who studied Computer Science with emphasis on 3D Graphics and worked on 3D Interactive Apps for industries and TV Production before venturing forward towards the widely growing field of Human Computer Interaction and User Experience Design.
