Berytech invites you to attend this session on technical project management with Marwan Mansour, Project Manager at VIP Rescue that offers Information Technology and Services in Lebanon.

 

The workshop aims at introducing technical project management by explaining the fundamentals like initiation, planning, execution, control and closure. Marwan will also talk about management for integration, scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communication, risk, procurement and resource engagement.

 

You will get the chance to understand some project management tools and techniques mainly using MS Project or Primavera.
