About the trainer

Akram Najjar is an Electronic Engineer who spent the first half of his career developing software application. The second half, starting 1995, he focused on contract work in application design, IT strategy, business process reengineering, project management and quantitative business methods. He has also developed and conducted a wide variety of management workshops. He has also published 6 technical books.
