Berytech organizes #FinanceFridays – a program which aims to offer an opportunity to startups and SMEs for getting investment-ready, identifying the right channels of funding, and raising funds. 

For this session, Constantin Salameh – who has a 35-year track record in funding and transforming corporations, SMEs and startups across the world, will present the different valuation methodologies used by Business Angels and Venture Capital and Private Equity Funds in Lebanon.

 

The session will help you:

• Understand the different valuation methods including discounted cash flow analysis, market multiples, VC valuation and others
• Practice with a real case study from the Berytech ecosystem
• Share best and worst practices in the valuation of companies
• Get exposed to the different dimensions of a due diligence process
