EEDAMA SERIES

Session: How to build resilient business models (differentiation, diversification, adaptation strategies)

Wednesday, October  6, 2021 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm · Zoom Webinar

About The Session

Charles Darwin once said: “It is not the strongest of species that survives, nor the most intelligent but the one most responsive to change”. The same applies for small businesses, particularly when faced with a crisis situation such as the one we are currently witnessing in the country. This session will focus on the various business model adaptation strategies that will help businesses build more resilience in the face of crisis and uncertainty.

  • Understanding the concept of business adaptation and diversification
  • Getting participants to look at their business with a growth mindset
  • Getting participants to revisit their business models using tools such as the SWOT matrix and the decision-making map
  • Helping participants get inspired for their own business through case studies and examples
