This session will cover Inclusive Recruitment of Persons with Disabilities, a talk given by Samer Sfeir, founder of ProAbled – a social enterprise dedicated for employment of persons with disabilities or financial challenges.
ProAbled trains companies on inclusive recruitment, holds workshops for persons with disabilities on work readiness skills, and supports employers to find the right candidates with disabilities for their job vacancies.

Samer Sfeir is an active social entrepreneur with an engineering background and holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree from the American University of Beirut. Samer is the co-founder of shareQ NGO, M Social Catering, Hum’n Go, and ProAbled.
Samer has won several local and regional social entrepreneurship awards and has represented Lebanon in several networks and events in Italy, USA, Jordan, UAE, Denmark among others. He is the founding member and president of the Lebanese Social Enterprise Association (LSE).
In addition, Samer is currently teaching entrepreneurship at Notre Dame University and is an expert trainer and consultant in entrepreneurship, management and inclusion.
