The USAID-Lebanon Enterprise Development (LED) Project in collaboration with Q Pulse, Byscon and Ace Faction are pleased to invite you to participate in the LED Virtual Talks 2020: Increase profits through quality certifications.
This webinar targets small, medium, and large companies, and entrepreneurs who are interested to know more about how to achieve profitability by implementing quality systems that aim to reduce waste and defects cost, open new markets for exports and attract new clients, therefore increasing sales. The webinar also aims to spread awareness about LED and how to benefit from its customized technical assistance.

General Manager, Q Pulse Consulting
A passionate results-oriented professional, Dima has been honing her teamwork and management skills for more than 10 years. At the helm of her consultancy company, she has induced a palpable quality pulse into the industry, helping more than 50 companies through training, coaching, technical assistance, and management consultancy. She is a skilled professional and a relationship builder, with a proven track record managing internal and external stakeholders. When she is not managing her company “Q Pulse Consulting”, she double hats as a business advisor and trainer for the “Crisis Management Program for Women-Led Businesses”, a program launched by the Government of Lebanon and the World Bank Group in partnership with Berytech and the Lebanese League for Women in Business. Dima holds an MBA, a Master’s in Management, a Master’s in Food Chemistry, and is a Lead auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, BRC, Socioeconomic Management applied to hospitals, and Six sigma.
Founder, Byscon Consulting
Elie J. Bteich is the Chief Executive Officer of BYSCON Consultancy, a leading local consultancy firm specializing in all food safety, quality, health and environmental management systems in addition to engineering designs and solutions. With over 15 years of professional experience in the field, Elie has consulted, audited, and provided ISO systems certifications to numerous national and international establishments. Elie also enjoys teaching food service management, food hygiene, food borne illnesses and food preservation courses to undergraduate students as part time lecturer at the Lebanese German University (LGU). He holds a master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) and is an IRCA registered lead auditor.
Project Engineer and Founder, ACE faction
Antonio Khabbaz holds a master’s in agri-food engineering, he is an Instructor at the American University of Beirut (AUB), Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) and Sagesse University (ULS). He is also a senior consultant/trainer at ACE faction, an approved trainer CQI-IRCA (Chartered Quality Institute – International register of certificated auditors), a lead instructor FSPCA (Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance): Standardized curriculum complying with the FDA’s Food Safety Modernization Act rule, a certified lead auditor at EUROCERT and an assigned national accredited quality auditor at ministry of public health (MoPH).
