5:00pm-5:45pm: On-demand Services Reshaping F&B
According to researchers, food ordering and food delivery businesses are witnessing the most aggressive growth regionally and internationally. F&B businesses are upping their delivery game while aggregators of delivery services are in hard competition. Additionally, side businesses are entering the food delivery space (UberEats and Zomato Delivery) while 100 food delivery startups have been identified across the MENA region.
This panel will explore the flurry of new digital services in the F&B industry, how technology is transforming the food delivery scene, as well as the broader technologies and trends that are impacting the sector. It will host a mixture of different players in this landscape to discuss future opportunities and threats from their own business perspectives.

This sector needs to serve the interest of their clientele and diet needs by the creation of new concepts and following new trends. This panel will tackle how the Lebanese agro-food industry is meeting these trends and what could be done in order to better serve the HORECA trends? What is the local and international growth potential of these innovations?
This Panel will also discuss the tendencies and needs of the HORECA sector from the Agro-food industry. It will address innovations from Lebanon that are meeting those requests. We will discuss the processes and approaches that these organizations are taking to always innovate and what are their challenges and opportunities.
