Azkatech is a software development company established in February 2015. It delivers customized premium enterprise software solutions to start-ups, as well as mid and top tier companies in fields such as retail, real-estate, education, human resources and social networking.
Currently, the company does not have the capacity to deliver in the expected timeframe to its clients. Also, the company receives regular requests which they are unable to convert since they offer customized solutions only. Without developing their team, Azkatech will be unable to grow.
Azkatech needs to build a stronger and larger team and develop their skills and widen their scope of work.
LED will cost share with Azkatech to hire a consultant who will help to develop their team and assist in the selection and hiring processes for new team members. S/he will also train the new recruits to perform tasks related to their job: client assessments, communication and negotiation, on-job training and group training, processing customer requests, etc.
With LED’s support, the company expects to increase their sales and create 7 jobs by 2020.
