A few months ago, while preparing for the expansion plan, the owners realized the necessity to seek ISO credentials. To realize their plan for expansion, AA Chicken must adopt a quality management system based on ISO 9001:2015.
LED will cost-share with AA Chicken to hire the right consultant to guide the company to quickly implement a quality management system based on ISO 9001:2015 and recommend a reliable certification body. The consultant will help prepare the company to obtain the certification.
With LED’s support, the company expects to increase its sales and create 20 new jobs by 2020.
