Recently, three new buyers were identified. To secure the new deals, the buyers expect HSC to acquire the ISO 9001:2015 credentials. The process of preparing the company to obtain this certification will help them organize their internal processes efficiently, to ensure that they can offer services of consistently good quality.
LED will cost-share with HSC to recruit a consultant who will work with them to establish a quality management system (QMS) that aligns with ISO 9001, so that HSC can obtain this certification.
With LED support, HSC managers believe that they will be able to proceed more quickly to implement the certification and prevent delays that might prejudice these potential deals. The company expects to increase its sales and generate 25 new jobs by 2020.
