Jamal Krayem is a General Director attached to Lebanon’s Prime Minister, providing advice and assistance in finding solutions to energy, transportation and water issues. His career spans across 19 years of work with the North Lebanon Electric Company “La Kadischa”, two years as CEO of the Public Transport Office and 16 years as CEO of the North Lebanon Water Establishment.
Jamal gathered extensive experience in institutional reform, organizational structures design, management procedures, and elaborating strategies and business planning. He evaluated and conducted various partnerships with the private sector notably with Ondeo-Liban, and successfully led many consultations with the local authorities.
