Joumana Aoun is a passionate entrepreneur, certified coach, and business consultant with over 25 years of experience helping people and companies grow. She has worked with startups, SMEs, and leading local and multinational brands across Lebanon and the region, guiding them through strategy, sales, marketing, and human development.
She is the co-founder of Melius Consultancy, where she leads coaching, training, and consultancy projects that help businesses thrive, from rural youth-led startups and women entrepreneurs to export-driven enterprises. Her work spans collaborations with UNDP, USAID, EBRD, Berytech, and numerous private sector partners both locally and internationally.
Joumana is also the co-founder of Beirut Bloomers, a social enterprise reviving Lebanese artisanal heritage by supporting rural women and creative artisans.
Her mission is simple: empower people, build sustainable businesses, and make purpose part of profit.
