Joumana has 20 years of experience in management, strategic planning, marketing, sales, organizational behavior, human resources, customer service, motivation, leadership and teamwork. She is an expert in communication strategies and personal development and has led and managed multinational and local companies in the service industry, luxury products, pharmaceuticals and FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods).
She holds a bachelor’s in business administration from the Lebanese American University (BUC/LAU), and a master’s in business administration from Notre Dame University (NDU) with her thesis on the organic growth of SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises). She has a certificate in Human Resources Management (IABC-International Academy for Building Capacity) and is a Certified Life and Executive Coach (ICC- International Coaching Council).
Joumana is also an Advisor for beneficiary small and medium enterprises at EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) Lebanon. She has attended over 100 workshops with Harvard, Insead, IE experts and various professional institutions.
