Nat Bio

Derived from the French annotation of organic food, “Nature Biologique”, NatBio is a company established in 2018 that produces and distributes organic Lebanese bread made of ancient wheat (Einkorn). ​

Started as a family need for a healthier diet, and it developed afterward into a business idea before becoming today a growing business with promising perspectives and social impact.​

The company’s vision is to revive the traditional Lebanese bread made of the wheat ancestor, the Einkorn, in modernized Lebanon. They combine tradition and innovative production in the same loaf. ​
