Derived from the French annotation of organic food, “Nature Biologique”, NatBio is a company established in 2018 that produces and distributes organic Lebanese bread made of ancient wheat (Einkorn).
Started as a family need for a healthier diet, and it developed afterward into a business idea before becoming today a growing business with promising perspectives and social impact.
The company’s vision is to revive the traditional Lebanese bread made of the wheat ancestor, the Einkorn, in modernized Lebanon. They combine tradition and innovative production in the same loaf.
