LED is supporting NBL Holding, a group of restaurants, to implement a franchising system so they can expand to international markets. Founded in July 2017, the group includes @meatthefish , @thebackburner @maryoolbeirut , @mayhabeirut and @skirtbeirut.
Investors in Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia have approached NBL to express interest in franchising and operating NBL-brand restaurants. To allow these potential franchisees to operate their brands, NBL needs to diversify its activities and implement a franchising system to support franchisees operations.
LED will cost share with NBL to hire a franchising expert to work with the company to develop the franchising guidelines and requirements and the materials necessary for the franchise to be ready. With LED’s assistance, NBL holding expects to increase sales and generate 43 new jobs by 2020
