Phoenix Food

Phoenix Food, established in 2021 in the region of Zahle, is a food processing company with a mission to connect with farmers, introduce hybrid seed varieties, and organize crops to meet requirements cost-effectively. The company emphasizes creating varieties compliant with global standards.
Phoenix Food engages in a unique process where it purchases seeds from farmers, manufactures them in other facilities, and completes the processing locally, ensuring quality control and facilitating a new organizational phase in collaboration with farmers.
The primary objectives include producing high-quality Lebanese products capable of global recognition, focusing on Lebanese, Arab, and international markets. Phoenix Food produces approximately 80 different varieties, including tomato paste, various sauces, pickles, thyme, spices, rose and orange blossom water, apple and grape vinegar, legumes, jams, and beverages.
