LED visited Riachy Bakery which produces many different items, such as cookies, biscuits, oatmeals, gluten-free items, regular pastries, and sugar-free items, targeting consumers who value healthy diets and lifestyles.
Currently, Nassif Riachy is negotiating deals with big-name supermarkets and with buyers from diet centres, dieticians, pharmacies and health clubs. Entry into these markets will increase the company’s sales significantly and require the company to hire more Lebanese employees.
Nassif Riachy has demand for its products but the company does not have qualified sales and marketing team. LED will help increase Nassif Riachy’s human resource capacity by training/advising the company on how to recruit 5 new salespeople, and then train and coach the new sales team
