With a double major in architecture and management, Ronnie spent the last 20 years in the mobile and media sector. He founded Actel in Lebanon, a mobile service provider offering interactive services in cooperation with the leading televisions and created branches in the whole MENA region where he was involved in the launching of value-added services of several regional mobile operators.
In 2005, he founded and directed for 7 years the multimedia division of Orbit Productions Ltd. – Mediagates, where he was responsible for mobile content production acquisition and aggregation as well as interactive services and programs beside all new media related topics such as IPTV, Mobile TV and Online marketing.
He is a frequent participant at interactive mobile, media and digital events in Cannes, Prague, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Berlin and London.
This earned experience lead to a thorough know-how in the use of new media platforms for creative concepts of communication targeted at advertising agencies and corporations like Procter & Gamble, Nestle to develop their interactive advertising in line with the new trends and technologies.
He started his own consultancy business in 2013 helping companies in managing their brands in both the real and digital space, making the best use of new media platforms and the social network. Among his clients Banque du Liban, Golden Tulip chain of hotels, Dessange and the Lebanese Franchise Association.
His latest achievement was the introduction of a pioneered museology approach to display the story of brands, cities, personalities… through an interactive and engaging experiential concept currently being applied at Beirut Mineralogy Museum “mim”- USJ.
As an outcome to his long experience RONNIE RICHA designed a series of courses and workshops addressed to architecture and design students to increase their awareness about the importance of branding integration in their creative path.
Ronnie joined LibanPost in April 2015 heading the marketing department and handling the Company image, branding, communication and marketing, as well as CSR and philately.
