Safran du Liban offers the highest quality of Saffron, grown and processed in Lebanon. The startup is introducing a new crop, considered a cash crop to the culture of the field in Lebanon, and incorporating tracking, cooling, and drying technology into the harvesting process.
The innovative aspect of the crop itself as well as being a cash crop will facilitate implementation amongst farmers. The introduction of technology will allow for production to grow while retaining control over the process and quality. The main driver is access to markets.
