LED is supporting Société Industrielle de Conditionnement (SIC) to create an HR division and restructure its current departments. SIC is a manufacturer of personalized hotel amenities and restaurant packing products in Lebanon. It supplies all types of tissue napkins, paper material, sachet, sticks, bags, packaging boxes, in addition to hotel room service amenities & everlasting electronic hospitalities.
LED will cost share with SIC for a local consultant who will help the company to create an HR department, restructure its current departments and create new ones following the company expansion plan. As part of this, the consultant will review the company’s HR needs and reorganize the way its personnel are deployed throughout the firm. Also, the consultant will assist SIC to review the structure, shorten reporting lines, and reallocate responsibilities.
