Soul of Agrifood company was established and registered officially to produce kishk under an official trademark, with a main objective to implement agri-food priorities and to improve this sector based on a sustainable strategic plan. Located in Fakeha, Baalbeck, the main product produced is Kishk, and currently, two new products are under development, Dairy Kishk Soup, and Gluten Free Kishk.
