Wadi Anjar

Wadi Anjar started as a small cluster of women that have a passion for working in local agriculture products and turning them into processed food. This initiative started in 2000 and expanded year after year to become a well-established business. Wadi Anjar produces several types of pickles along with tomato-based products such as pastes, juices, chili paste, tahini, and bulgur.
