The companies discuss their experience with hydroponics in Lebanon explaining that it has made the younger generation of farmers interested in carrying on with farming and calling hydroponics the future of farming in Lebanon. Green Studios has developed a skin which regulates the temperature of plants and thus allows for vertical gardens on rooftops- which is ideal for Lebanon. While hydroponics is still expensive in Lebanon those interviewed said they believe the price will drop as demand grows.
