Aline Assaf began her journey with Berytech in October 2021 and currently holds the position of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager Manager. Aline leads MEL activities across diverse program areas from program design, process establishment, tool development, data analysis, reporting, and the vital elements of learning, reflection, and evaluation.
With over 15 years of experience, Aline is an expert in steering business management systems across various ISO standards, including 9001, 27001, 45001, 31000, 14001, and LEAN management concepts. As a Quality Manager in the private sector, she developed, maintained, and improved effective quality systems, handling activities such as process engineering, risk management, audits, training, KPI creation, initiation of improvement projects, and customer satisfaction management.
Aline holds a bachelor’s degree in business and finance from Lebanese Canadian University (LCU) and Université de Quebec à Montréal (UQAM). She is a certified Project Management Professional PMP® from Project Management Institute, a certified Lead Quality Auditor ISO 9001 from the Chartered Quality Institute CQI-IRCA, and a certified Safety Auditor ISO 45000; she conducted several audits on different companies with a certification body.
Aline is passionate about MEL because she loves working with different programs, teams, and requirements. She enjoys overseeing various activities and bringing energy to everything she does. Besides her job, Aline is deeply committed to making positive changes in her homeland, Lebanon, and she works hard to turn her vision for the country into reality.
Beyond her professional life, Aline values precious moments with her family, especially enjoying quality time with her two daughters.
