Bouchra Tamer joined Berytech in May 2023 as the Business Advisor for BASATINE Programme. She is very excited to be part of a distinctive programme contributing to the development of the Agrifood sector in Lebanon, especially in Akkar her hometown.
Bouchra has more than 11 years of experience working in the Sales & Marketing field for a reputable Lebanese pharmaceutical industry where she developed exceptional communication, interpretational and organizational skills. As a result of hard work, dedication, and remarkable achievements with a track record of success, she was promoted to Field Sales Manager leading a sales team in Lebanon.
Furthermore, being always ready to take responsibilities outside of her normal job description, she was assigned to launch and represent the company in the Kuwait market for 2 years.
Her hard work and eagerness to learn new tasks over the years opened a new space for her. Subsequently, she was appointed as the Marketing Coordinator Manager in the past 2 years to work closely and follow up on business with agents in different countries in MEA, GCC, Africa, and CIS regions.
Bouchra is thrilled to use the skills and lessons she has learned to expand her knowledge and invest in implementing new projects with Berytech, meet new people, and face new challenges.
She believes that building good relations with colleagues and team members is key to success and continuous development.
Bouchra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry from the “Lebanese University” and a Master’s degree in Industrial Technology from the Saint Joseph University / Université Saint-Joseph de Beyrouth (USJ).
