Hanine Abi Ghannam

Senior Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer

Hanine Abi Ghannam joined the Berytech team in January 2024, stepping into the role of Senior Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer. Her steadfast belief in the power of robust Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) frameworks goes beyond mere measurement of progress; it serves as the cornerstone for informed decision-making, adaptive strategies, and fostering sustainable growth.

With over 5 years of experience in the field of NGOs, she has worked over the past years as an M&E specialist. She has also worked as a researcher for 4 years on different Humanitarian projects during her university years. Also, she secured grants from Stanford University to implement innovative projects in Lebanon and collaborated with prestigious institutions such as Berkeley University and AUB on various initiatives. Hanine’s dedication is evidenced by her hard work, resulting in three publications as a First Author.

Hanine holds a master’s degree in Rural Community Development from the American University of Beirut (AUB), where she has a high distinction, and previously she got her bachelor’s degree in public health from Modern University of Business and Sciences (MUBS). She was previously involved in the youth Leadership program, 6th cohort with UNDP. Always in pursuit of knowledge and professional growth, Hanine actively participates in diverse training, workshops, and courses. Notably, she contributed to a McKinsey project over the last two years, highlighting her engagement in high-impact initiatives.

Beyond her thriving professional career, Hanine cherishes a positive and collaborative work environment and is deeply passionate about her career. With numerous goals and objectives on the horizon, she is poised to achieve new milestones in the coming years. As an avid traveler, Hanine finds joy in exploring diverse cultures and connecting with people worldwide.
