Michelle Boustany joined Berytech in December 2022 as a Procurement Coordinator. She found her love for Procurement and Logistics while working in the Food and Beverage sector in Dunkin Donuts for seven years and three years as a Logistics and Procurement coordinator in AVSI where she managed the implementation of the logistics procedures across the programs and was responsible of the inventory, the fleet and security officers.
During her career, Michelle worked as an Education Field Coordinator in AVSI as well for four years, where she learned the value of equality in education for all the children, specifically the children with special needs.
Michelle has a strong belief in equality for all especially people with special needs, which lead her to engage in social work with the Autism Awareness Association. She helped the children diagnosed with autism and their parents through support groups and creating a safe educational environment to learn some of the activities that they can perform, such as making mouneh, cookies, planting flowers, and others.
She holds several certificates, such as Training of trainers and communications skills with UNICEF, Microsoft Excel Intermediate Level with Formatech, Training of Trainers with Ana Aqra’, GBV Core Concepts with IRC, Food Safety Level 1 with GWR, PR the Unconventional Way with The Agenda Beirut, Face Reading and Body Language Dynamics with The Agenda Beirut, and Customer Service with Dunkin’ Donuts
Michelle spends most of her free time reading about the history of ancient civilizations, watching Sci-Fi movies and series.
Her goal today is to grow as a person and help the people around her to find their path.
