Nadine Slim joined Berytech in November 2022 as a Senior Program Coordinator. With extensive experience in grants administration, financial management, and stakeholder engagement, Nadine is an accomplished grants management and finance professional. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Saint Joseph University in Beirut, an Executive MBA from Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK), and a master’s in digital management and digital transformation from ESSCA Paris.
Nadine has a proven track record of success in managing grants from a variety of donors, including the EU, Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, GIZ, FCDO, World Bank, US Department of State, Australian Government, and Japan Government. During her career path, she has worked on regional programs in countries such as Iraq, Palestine, Turkey, Tunisia, and several others. She was responsible for developing proposals, leading on the operational and financial management of funds, building capacities of local NGOs, and maintaining strong relationships with donors, NGOs, corporations, and industry partners. Prior to her current role as a Senior Program Coordinator at Berytech, Nadine worked with several international organizations in Lebanon and UAE.
In addition to her professional work, Nadine is a dedicated volunteer and the co-founder of Blind With Vision, a non-profit organization that supports visually impaired individuals. Through Blind With Vision, Nadine works to raise awareness about the challenges faced by people with visual impairments and to provide support and resources to help them overcome these challenges through sports activities.
Nadine values spending time with loved ones and maintaining strong relationships outside of work. In her free time, you can find her playing tennis or chilling with her friends having coffee and enjoying interesting conversations.
