Nicolas joined Berytech in September 2020 as the Investment Manager of the Water and Energy For Food – WE4F MENA Regional Innovation Hub and was promoted to Deputy Regional Innovation Hub Manager a few months later.
He last served as a Team Leader in the Infrastructure Finance and Specialized Lending department of a leading regional bank where he spent 11 years amassing a regional and multi-industry experience in Corporate Banking, Syndicated Lending, Project Finance non-recourse basis, and PPPs, including but not limited to utility-scale renewable energy projects and thermal power plants, on top of ad-hoc missions related to high-level strategic projects, and the management of an in-kind multi-million us dollar donation to the Government of Lebanon.
He has mainly worked on arranging and structuring specialized transactions of a $2B aggregate value, interfaced with large and complex corporations, ultra-high net worth individuals, government officials, international and developmental financial institutions, tier 1 global legal counsels, technical and financial consultants, as well as environmental and social advisors.
While being very ambitious and an overachiever, he will never compromise spending some quality time with his family and friends and visiting his hometown of Tyre.
He enjoys cooking in his spare time and is most passionate about traveling and trying new culinary experiences.
