Pamela Saber is the Investment Unit Manager at Berytech, where she leads investment readiness and facilitation services across a range of entrepreneurship and innovation programs supporting startups and SMEs in Lebanon and the MENA region. Since joining Berytech in 2022, she has supported numerous high-impact ventures on capital raising, financial strategy, and governance, helping position them for successful fundraising and sustainable growth.
She has led the investment component of the Water and Energy for Food (WE4F) MENA Regional Innovation Hub, supporting over 50 growth-stage companies operating within the Water Energy Food nexus in preparing for investor engagement. As part of her work at Berytech, Pamela also sits on the advisory boards of several startups, offering strategic guidance on investment structuring, financial management, and scale-up planning.
Pamela brings over 13 years of experience in finance and investment, including a decade in the banking sector, where she worked closely with SMEs and corporates across various industries. Her expertise spans impact investing, fund design, blended finance, financial modeling, and investor engagement, with strong networks across regional and international capital providers.
She holds a Master’s in Finance & Financial Institutions, is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA®), and is certified in Sustainable Investing by Harvard Business School.
