Rawane Youssef joined Berytech in December 2022 as a Procurement Officer, where she played a key role in ensuring the team efficiently acquired the supplies, services, and equipment needed while maintaining compliance with best practices and auditing standards. Her keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence made her an invaluable asset to the team.
In February 2025 Rawane has transitioned into the role of Human Resources Officer, bringing her dedication, organizational skills, and legal expertise to support Berytech’s HR functions. With her proactive approach and strong interpersonal skills, she ensures a smooth and efficient HR process, fostering a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
Her educational background further strengthens her expertise. She holds a Master’s degree in Law from the Lebanese University and has also completed a second Master’s in International Organizations from the same institution. This strong legal foundation equips her with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, allowing her to navigate the complexities of both procurement and human resources with confidence and precision.
In addition to her professional life, Rawane is also highly engaged in social and environmental activities. She is a Girl Scout, which shows her commitment to making a positive impact in the community. She also has a keen interest in communicating with others and taking initiative.
