Rayan Chaaban joined Berytech in August 2022 as a Program Officer. He works with teams undergoing business acceleration and incubation and assists with program development, planning, and execution. He also collaborates with stakeholders and supports event implementation.
He is a business student at Lebanon’s Arts, Sciences, and Technology University, where he is involved in sports, student government, community service, employment, arts, hobbies, and educational clubs.
After graduating from high school, Rayan wanted to become an active member of society and make an impact. Indeed, in 2018, he joined Arcenciel to contribute to a better community. As a volunteer, he performed a variety of tasks related to responsible tourism, sustainable agriculture, and the environment, as well as mobility and health.
Rayan was able to devote his time and efforts to the things he loves and values the most, education and social responsibility, by learning the fundamentals of business at university during the day and serving the community at night.
He is passionate about education, as he believes that learning keeps us at the cutting edge of knowledge and practice, allowing us to capitalize on opportunities, drive innovation, and achieve fulfillment and purpose. He sees himself as a creative, out-of-the-box thinker who is always open to new perspectives and ideas.
He believes that those who believe they can always find a way to achieve their goals, which is why he chose to embark on his own personal development journey with the goal of inspiring others and seeing himself as a leader.
Rayan is excited to be working at Berytech as he thrives in a dynamic, vibrant work environment and enjoys meeting new people who will motivate him to grow and succeed.
Rayan enjoys socializing, spending quality time with friends, camping, and outdoor activities, and when he has free time, he practices mindfulness.
