Tereza joined Berytech in January 2024 as a Program Officer under the WE4F RIH – MENA program. In this pivotal role, she adeptly provides managerial and operational support, aligning her efforts with the program’s objectives.
Prior to her corporate venture, Tereza invested over 7 years in shaping young minds as an English language teacher. However, in response to challenges faced by the educational field in Lebanon, Tereza redirected her career trajectory, joining Lebanon Waste Management as the CEO’s Executive Assistant. Displaying remarkable initiative whether through research, courses, or workshops, she swiftly expanded her expertise, eventually ascending to the role of Operations Manager/Project Director in just four years. During this time, she collaborated closely with Berytech on various accelerator programs, unlocking her full potential.
Tereza’s strengths lie in her ability to work closely with stakeholders, skillfully preparing and delivering compelling pitch decks. In her previous role, she independently crafted up to 3 presentations monthly, successfully pitching them to investors and potential clients. Her invaluable contributions led to her team securing victory in four programs.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Tereza is driven by passion, she loves to seize the day and take advantage of every opportunity or experience that comes her way. She translates this passion outside the workplace into the gym and the kitchen. Completely different places yet she combines them perfectly.
