Tereza joined Berytech in January 2024 as a Program Officer under the WE4F RIH – MENA program, where she provided managerial and operational support aligned with the program’s objectives. She now serves as a Senior Program Officer within the startup support ecosystem at the Innovation Hub, working closely with entrepreneurs and supporting startups throughout their growth journeys
Interestingly, Tereza first experienced the ecosystem from the founder’s side, having previously participated in the Clyntech program as a startup herself. This experience gave her firsthand insight into the realities, challenges, and fast-paced nature of entrepreneurship, eventually motivating her to move into the supporting side of the ecosystem.
Tereza’s strengths lie in stakeholder engagement, coordination, and presentation development. She has extensive experience preparing pitch decks and supporting founders in refining their presentations and communication skills for investors, partners, and demo days. Her previous contributions played a role in helping her team secure wins across multiple programs.
Outside of work, Tereza enjoys cooking and testing new recipes, sharing loud laughs with friends, and singing constantly despite admitting her voice may not be award-winning.
