LED is assisting the “Domaine de Taanayel”, to upgrade its eco-tourism services and develop a promotional plan for the Domaine.
The Domaine is an attraction that provides green spaces open to the public with a variety of activities and attractions ranging from sport activities such as hiking, biking, climbing, but also attractions that promote awareness like permaculture and a pedagogical farm. AEC aims to foster rural tourism in the Bekaa region through innovative ecotourism activities.
With LED support, Arcenciel will boost interest in the Domaine within the Bekaa, and to attract visitors beyond the region and encourage local tourism countrywide. The only limitation is the lack of eco-tourism expertise especially in organizing thematic events and in handling and creating new activities in complete harmony with the domain atmosphere.
LED will cost-share with AEC to hire an eco-tourism consultant who will help them to upgrade their tourism services and activities and design and develop a promotional plan for the domain. With LED’s assistance, Domaine de Taanayel expects to increase sales and create 10 new jobs by 2020.
