RBNTech

RBNTech is a startup working on solving the problem of textile waste in Lebanon by collecting, sorting, and recycling fabric straps and textile waste to prevent it from being dumped in landfills. They shred the textile waste and transform it into insulation, carpet padding, and furniture fillings.

This repurposing of textile waste not only helps to reduce the amount of waste going to landfills but also helps to conserve natural resources. RBNTech’s approach is environmentally friendly, socially responsible and economically sustainable, providing a solution for textile waste management and creating job opportunities, while also creating new materials that can be used in various industries.

  • RBNTech is an alumnus of the DAWERR Activity funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
