The Green researchers and innovators will get the chance to build their capacities in order to secure investments and business opportunities and successfully take their research and innovative product or service to market.
Now Energy Hub
Now Energy Hub is an e-commerce platform that supports users to reduce their energy bills by analyzing their existing systems and recommending necessary modifications. It offers a wide range of energy efficient products and renewable energy solutions.
Now Energy Hub supports users to understand how inefficient their existing systems could be and how much they can save by implementing the recommended measures. It also recommends renewable energy solutions. It is innovative in terms of automating the energy audit process for the user and engaging him in the audit work with easy and simple questions about his systems with full guidance on how to read technical values and understand energy bills.
Urban Hives
The Urban Hives is a low-cost, lightweight, modular structure, erected above car height, providing a shaded area for parking beneath and garden space above. Its modular structure is designed to be easily assembled and disassembled, reducing waste and preserving cost and waste efficiency. Built as a kit of parts, it can be multiplied to suit the site for maximum flexibility.
The Urban Hives contribute to create resilient cities by re-introducing urban farming, shortening the distance between farm and table, reducing pollution by mitigating heat-island effect and reducing stormwater runs offs, and by adopting production strategies that respond to a circular economy.

The solution tackles the recycling of plastic and sand glass turning them into tiles and bricks.
R&D
The solution is a smart application for an electric vehicle charger with the ability to adapt the application to different chargers and smart features helping reduce the load on the circuit.

The solution is a solar convection oven that saves fuel and electricity that can be used in dairy production, bakeries, fruit drying, cans, juices, and limitless usages.
NPK
NPK 365 uses common containers turned into green spaces that can be used to plant a wide range of products like vegetables, mushrooms and more while using an aquaponic system and vertical farming in a controlled atmosphere to limit infections and diseases which will limit the cost of production and maximize plants production and ensure a high-quality product.
Roxxic
Roxxic for design and construction is an ecofriendly provider of affordable and customized industrial designs and construction appliances made of crushed stones. It aims to reduce the usage of cement and other harmful materials used in industrial designs and construction while promoting sustainability.
Lebanese Drug Box
Lebanese Drug Box (LDB) is a Lebanese drug take-back program that aims at providing a safe and convenient place to responsibly dispose unused or expired medicines.
In one part, users can drop their expired meds into these boxes so that they can be sent for treatment and disposal. In the second part, consumers can drop their unwanted meds that still have a valid shelf life so they can be sent for donation.

The solution tackles waste in the fashion industry by upcycling discarded garments, fabric or textile through a local network of in-need seamstresses and creative young designers to offer a wearable fashion product that allows consumers to decrease their personal carbon footprint.
Recycler Donation
The solution tackles waste management through a service that recycles, reuses, reduces and repurposes waste but also donate in order to help people in need.
Green Spill
The solution tackles oil spills from ships and pipelines in water using specific herbs and edible powders that alters the way of spreading of oil on water and causes its shrinkage which will help in cleaning up the oil spill along with mechanical oil spill response methods.
Solar Ray Ampere
The portable electric box provides a green alternative power supply with electricity charged from solar power that has no cost of operation, is noise free and has a 2 to 4 year lifespan.
Neo Plast
The solution proposes biodegradable plastic bags from startch for single-use or multiple-use that they are practical, food-safe, biodegradable, durable and as affordable as nylon products.
Ecopia
Ecopia produces natural and biodegradable single-use plates and bowls based on citrus and garlic processing wastes to replace single-use plastics in cutlery and packaging applications. The products are 100% natural, have remarkable strength, are waterproof and can be customized into any shape or design.
StrawHat Organics
The solution is an AI-enabled Cloud IoT gateway and dashboard for operations, management, and monitoring of organic permaculture and agriculture.
Wave
Wave aims to reduce commuting and pollution problems by introducing affordable electric bicycles, starting with a pilot in Beirut. They are fast, environmentally friendly, affordable, and hassle-free. They come with free maintenance, helmet and insurance included. The set-up is geared towards making Wave the ultimate way of commuting in dense emerging cities, thereby reducing traffic and pollution, and increasing the livability of the cities. To ensure safe biking, Wave is finalizing a GPS application that will offer safe ‘virtual cycling lanes’ by tracking and converting the input of users of the e-bicycle.
Cigacycle
The solution tackles the collection of cigarette litter and processing it into reusable material.
4a Better Future
The solution suggests the use of wind turbines to provide power to light up roads during winter and rainy periods.
Kwikpak Shelter
Kwikpak Shelter is a ready to deploy emergency housing unit for quick mobilization and rapid response, along with a web based mobile application that measures and monitors indoor environmental data inside each shelter to protect displaced people from severe climate conditions, promote resistance to ill health and disease, and provide information system for INGOs. The shelter is made of reusable and recyclable materials, foldable, reusable, thus reducing the waste and minimizing the pollution.
Froz
Froz is expanding the eco-conscious community by gamifying waste reduction through a community-based E-commerce platform that gives access to many eco-friendly products, while highlighting each product’s impact. The amount of waste reduced by millennial consumers through these products is tracked on their profiles and compared with others in the community: thus, displaying the impact made in real-time and igniting positive competition between the members. Finally, a pool of rewards on products and services is offered to the top contributors, thus engaging members to increase their impact.
