A disruptive innovation in the parking industry, GoParkly promises a seamless parking solution for everyone. Powered by a state-of-the-art AI engine and a cloud-based platform, GoParkly provides two main products: GoParkly App and GoParkly Dashboard.
GoParkly App provides city drivers with an on-demand service that makes it possible for them to find, reserve, and pay for available parking spaces, all from their mobile phones.
At the same time, GoParkly Dashboard equips parking operators, municipalities, and traffic authorities with a mine of data, making it possible for them to make data-driven decisions and implement dynamic public policies.
Their Startup Experience:
“GoParkly started as a solution for a personal frustration: not finding an available parking space in the city of Beirut during congested hours. To grow this idea, we needed someone to nurture it, mentor it, and provide a suitable environment for it to reach fruition. That’s why we applied for the Cleanergy Accelerator Program with the hope to find the right partner at the most challenging times.
The program was an opportunity for us to develop GoParkly from an innovative idea to an established startup. In the past 9 months, we were able to validate our idea, develop an MVP, build a versatile business model, execute 3 pilots, and test-market our app with end-users and operators. Our aim by the end of the Cleanergy program is to achieve 3 milestones: develop a robust product, create traction with both parking owners and drivers, and finally sit for our first funding round.
Today, GoParkly stands on a mountain of small and incremental achievements. If I were to choose the most important achievement it would be developing the MVP. We had an idea, a prototype, and we did the necessary research. But seeing this idea develop into an actual product that delivers real results was very similar to seeing the birth of a child.
