Valentine’s Sticker Production

This project show the simple steps followed to produce nice  Valentine’s stickers at the fablab. The design was downloaded from vecteezy.com. Stickers were then printed and cut on the Roland BN-20 Vinyl Printer and Cutter.

This project is a Plant Pots – Wall Art, produced at the fab lab. Design was downloaded for free from free-dxf.com and Laser Cut using 3 mm MDF Boards on a Laser Cutter. Parts were then painted , and stuck on a wall after its dry to form the nice 2D wall art.

Producing Christmas Wreaths using Laser Cutting

This project is a simple laser cut Christmas Wreath produced at the fab lab. The design was downloaded for free from Epilog Website as a vector file and then laser cut from MDF wood using the Epilog Laser Cutter. Wreath was then painted and hanged on the Lab’s Christmas Tree .

Producing Christmas Cookie Cutters

This project is perfect for cookie lovers this season. It show the process followed to 3d print Christmas Cookie Cutters. Designs were downloaded from Thingiverse and printed using PLA Plastic Material on an FDM 3d Printer. The printed cutters were then used to cut nice cookie shapes with our family and friends multiple time this season.

Vinyl Cutting Christmas Tree in Multiple Colors

This is a vinyl cut Christmas Tree sticker produced in the fablab. The design was downloaded for free as a vector from 3axis.co.  Design was then cut on Vinyl Cutter, using 3 different colors of vinyl to form the final logo design. Sticker was then stuck on a window at the lab.

Reindeer Wine Bottle Stand Production – CNC Milling

This Reindeer Wine Bottle Stand is produced at the fab lab. Design is open-source and downloaded from 3axis.co from the following link. Stand is made from 18mm thick Birch plywood. Locks together with no glue and the screwed joints are hidden. It can be easily disassembled and packed flat for relocation.

3D Printing a Phone Mount for Photography

This is a 3d printed Phone Mount that is produced at the fab lab. Design was downloaded from Thingiverse and printed using PLA Plastic Material on an FDM 3d Printer. The printed part was then use to document interesting projects at the fab lab using our phones.

Wooden Bird House Design & Production

This project shows the various steps followed to design and produce wooden bird houses at the fab lab, using Laser Cutting technology. Design was done on Fusion 360. Both houses are designed in a slip-in manner, where they can easily assemble without the help of mechanical components or glue. Parts were then produced on a Laser Cutter using a piece of  4mm thick Plywood, assembled, and then placed in a small Beiruti garden.
